All appointments require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to qualify for a refund or adjustment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

If the customer will not be present during the scheduled service, the vehicle must be fully accessible. Clear instructions regarding vehicle access and key location must be provided in the booking notes at the time of booking.

Failure to provide access instructions or absence at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the appointment will be non-refundable.

JohnKB Car Wash reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions or unsafe working environments.
